Terms and Conditions

This English version is a translation, for information only. The Romanian version is the legally binding one. Using the services offered by SC FitwayClub SRL (operating under the name “Fitway Kinetoterapie Cluj”) and booking with any of our specialists means reading, understanding and accepting the following rules.

These Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure a standard of excellence, mutual respect and predictability, both for you, the client, and for our team.

 

1. Services and the Initial Assessment

 

All recovery or training programmes are personalised and must start with an initial Biomechanical Assessment . This assessment is a separate service, essential for establishing a correct diagnosis and an effective treatment plan.

 

2. Payment Policy and Programme Validity

 

  • Payment: All services (assessments, programmes, packages) are paid in advance, at the start of the programme. The Extended Programme can be paid in two instalments, and Intensive Recovery monthly, at 2.700 RON.
  • Validity: Each package is valid from the date of purchase, for as long as it lasts plus one month: the Essential Programme and the Extended Programme, 3 months; Intensive Recovery, 4 months; the 3- and 5-session P-DTR packages, 3 months; kinetotherapy programmes, 2 months; personal training programmes and the group class membership, 30 days. Sessions not used within this period expire and cannot be carried over or refunded.

 

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

 

Respect for the time of our specialists and of other clients is fundamental.

  • Booking: Sessions are booked by mutual agreement, depending on the availability of both parties.
  • Cancellation / Rescheduling (Free of Charge): A booking can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge only if the cancellation is announced by phone or by message at least 24 hours before the agreed time.
  • Short-Notice Cancellation (under 24 hours): If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the booking, for any reason, that session will be considered completed and will be deducted from the purchased package.
  • No-Show: Not showing up for a booking without prior notice will be considered a completed session and will be deducted from the package.

 

4. Changes

 

Fitway Kinetoterapie Cluj reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. We recommend checking this page regularly.
